Make filling snacks, breakfasts with Kind Granola

I love breakfast, but rarely have the time to eat what I want. If I could, I’d do the whole belgian waffle and thick cut bacon every morning. Who am I kidding? That’s a dream world.

I love granola for a few reasons.

1) It’s really, really yummy. I mean, come on. With flavors like peanut butter, banana nut cluster and raspberry – how can I refuse?

2) It’s fills me up. A serving keeps me full until lunch time rolls around. Now, that’s good eats.

3) It’s versatile! Don’t just dump it in a bowl with milk. Enjoy your life. for Pete’s sake.

Here are a few of my favorite things to eat when I’m chowing down on granola.

Yogurt parfait

This is my go-to breakfast or late night “dessert” when I want something sweet.

One cup of Fage o% fat Greek yofurt, 1/3 cup of Kind Granola’s Banana Nut Cluster and 1 teaspoon of honey clocks in at just over 200 calories.

I love peanut butter, but add that crunch of granola? What a good idea! Slice one Granny Smith apple, divide a tablespoon of peanut butter on the slices and top with 1/3 cup of Kind Raspberry Cluster granola.

Kind Nuts and Spices

I grab these bars when I’m running out the door or keep them in my purse when I need something to hold me over. I love the chocolate mocha bars and the salted caramel. It’s tough to each just one.
